Return Policy

At Witty Games we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you're not, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify the reason.

In addition, we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return window for items that are unopened and unused, under the same conditions described below.


Return conditions

The item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it.

  • Unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer must cover the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

To start a return, contact us at info@wittygames.es with your order number.
We'll provide you with the correct return address for your order, as this may vary depending on our fulfillment location.

Returns will not be accepted without prior request.


Damaged items or order errors

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, so we can assess it and resolve it.


Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items.

  • Sealed products for hygiene or health reasons that have been opened.

  • Gift cards or items on sale.


Merchandising products (Spreadshirt)

Some items, such as T-shirts, tote bags, and other merchandising products, are made on demand through our supplier Spreadshirt.
Because these are personalized products made specifically for each order, returns and size exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@wittygames.es attaching photos of the product and the order number, so we can arrange a replacement or refund with the supplier.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to make a return and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to reflect the amount.
